Comms professional looking for a 1 bedroom flat

I am looking for a one bedroom flat for single occupancy for three to four months to cover a fixed term contract (end of May to end of September ideally).

I will consider house/flatshares in the SE1 post code as this is where my office is and can go in during the week. Please do not email if this is not in the area.

Any post codes are considered for one bedroom flats within commutable distance to London Bridge.

I am a clean and professional person and have a permanent, full-time job in Communications. I can provide references from work and previous landlords if needed.

I'd prefer natural light, a separate bedroom, kitchen (with oven for cooking) and bathroom (with good ventilation to avoid damp and mould).

Personal interests include film, travel, music, sport, nature and politics.

My budget, including bills/council tax is approx £1,200 a month for a flat and £800 for a share. I will be working from home two - three days a week so will need a calm, quiet environment to work in without construction nearby ideally. If in SE1 I will most likely be in the office full-time. Good wi-fi is a bonus but I can reconnect to a previous account from Cuckoo.

I have previously rented a flat getting sold with agreed letting agent appointments for viewings so am open to this again as long as notice is given.
