The house is in a cul de sac East of the city centre with lots of freely available parking. It is a 5 minute walk to a large Sainsburys and has secure bike storage to the front of the house. The airport next door is rarely used.

There is a garden and a kitchen with a dishwasher, separate tumble drier and washing machine, induction cooker and generous storage for personal items.

We are local landlords who pride ourselves on running tidy, well maintained homes. We do communal cleaning every two weeks.
