Double en suite Room near New Islington Marina

My flatmate is moving out of our really nice two-bed apartment in Weavers Quay, right next to the New Islington Marina. Both rooms are en suite, with a walk in closet between the bedroom and the bathroom as shown in the photos, and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. The room comes unfurnished, but the living room etc. will be furnished. Bills come to approx. £185 per person per month, including council tax and internet.

The building is brilliant, with 24 hour concierges who sign for deliveries etc. and you don't hear any noise from other tenants. There is parking available for an extra monthly charge, and street parking also available nearby.

The apartment has great amenities, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer and plenty of storage.

Weavers Quay is right next to the marina (especially fun in the summer!) It's a stone's throw from Pollen, Cask and the New Islington tram stop and easy walking distance to Piccadilly and Ancoats/NQ.

I'm Pete, a 37 year old gay guy who works in the arts (shocker...) so Queer friendly would be a plus. It would be great to find someone who is up for being social but also likes their own space.

The room is available very soon from 1st June, and the deadline for signing the tenancy is 20th May.
