✨2 Flatmates Wanted✨ EH1

hi everyone! my friend jordan & i are looking for 2 more people (students or professionals) to join our 4 bed flat from mid june/beginning of july as our other 2 flatmates are moving out.

a bit about us, we are 22 & 23 years old, so would ideally be looking for 2 girls in a similar age range. i’m a physics student at edinburgh uni & jordan is working in hospitality. we're both friendly & laid back, & enjoy a chilled night in as well as a night out. we're pretty sociable and love hanging out together but also respect each others boundaries & need for alone time. we have a mix of hobbies including reading, films, baking & sewing.

the flat itself is fully furnished, bright & spacious. it's located just above grassmarket, only 5 minutes from the university & 10 minutes from princes street.
the rent when we lived there was £515 per person per month (+£625 deposit). the agency said this was likely to stay the same however we can't guarantee that they won't increase it with it being a new tenancy.
