The flat itself is 2 minutes walk from East Grinstead train station, 2 minutes walk to the town centre and 2 minutes away from Sainsburys supermarket.
With everything near by, it's perfect for someone who doesn't drive. If you have a car you can purchase a permit online from West Sussex Council which is normally about £80 a year I believe. Alternatively there is a car park at the bottom of the road where no permit is needed.
As my youngest has moved out now, there is a spare room available. Please, be aware that the photos show the room with a king-sized bed: the bed provided will be a small double, so it will be much more spacious!
There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen: washing machine, oven, grill, microwave and fridge.
